LIFETIME WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY
Spencer Plumbing and Gas warrants all there workmanship for the lifetime of the installation. This warranty only applies to the labour (product warranties are not inclusive). Work found upon inspection by the director of Spencer Plumbing and Gas, to be defective in construction or assembly will be repaired free of charge.
Warranty Conditions
This warranty will apply only under all the following conditions:
▪ All work was done by Spencer Plumbing and Gas
▪ Failure is due to a fault in the manufacturer of the product
▪The Client provides a receipt for the faulty works.
This warranty does not include faults caused by:
▪Unsuitable or improper use
▪Part installation by the customer or any person other than Spencer Plumbing and Gas
▪Normal wear and tear
▪Inadequate or complete lack of maintenance
EXCLUSIONS
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spencer Plumbing and Gas excludes all liability for damage or injury to any person, damage to any property, and any indirect consequential or other loss or damage.

PRICE BEAT GUARANTEE
5% PRICE BEAT: Spencer Plumbing and Gas will beat by 5% if: (a) the Client provides a current written quote or invoice displaying the price; (b) the quote or invoice is dated no more than one month prior to current date; (c) the Job quoted or invoiced is of the same type, brand and quality; (d) the job has not started; (e) the Client is within the greater Bunbury region. This offer excludes Product Specials or clearance or contract pricing. Spencer Plumbing and Gas reserves the right not to accept any offer.
